The purpose of use for domain parking is not only for a domain without hosting a website. On a parked domain, you can display the advertisements of any business. When the visitors visit the website, this increases page per clicks and the traffic of your advertisements page. You may generate an income from this. This is a way to recover the registration cost by earning from advertisements.
Another way of earning additional money is Domain flipping. Many domain names may be more valuable in the future after its effective marketing practices and visitors to your website. You may have registered these domains at a low cost, but now you are looking to sell this domain and set it as Park Domain and wait until someone asks you to purchase this domain. You can put your contact details on the parking page and get a deal for it. You can make income by adding additional profits this time.
(4) You No Longer Require the Website
While you are using multiple websites for your business, there are times that you may no longer need certain domains. You may simply decide to create a new domain or you no longer want to use that particular domain to host your website. In this case, you can park this domain and wait for the domain expiration. After Expired status, a redemption time takes place. For example, when you do not renew your domain during the time of the expired period, it will then enter into the redemption stage. In this stage of the domain life cycle, the owner of the domain can still renew the domain, but they need to pay additional domain redemption charges.
The redemption period will live until 30 days before moving the domain into the next stage of the domain life cycle. From here, the owner can re-register the domain or hand it over to new customers. The pricing of the redemption period will depend on the registrar.

At this stage of the domain life cycle, it is not possible to renew the domain. If the domain’s redemption period is over and you have not renewed the domain, then it will enter the termination period. This period is also known as the pending deletion.
